Jason Conger brings over 25 years of experience in corporate law, healthcare innovation, and public service. Prior to launching Soran Health, he served as Chief Growth Officer at Cano Health, leading strategic growth initiatives across multiple markets. He has advised or executed 100s of transactions totaling over $7 billion in deal value.

A first-generation college graduate, Jason earned his B.A. from Cal Poly Humboldt and J.D. from Harvard Law School. He began his career advising Fortune 500 companies, startups, and institutional investors on mergers, acquisitions, and capital markets, eventually becoming partner at a leading Pacific Northwest law firm. 

From 2011 to 2015, he served in the Oregon House of Representatives, focusing on healthcare access, education, and fiscal reform. He also served as a Congressional Aide, held teaching appointments at Harvard University and the University of San Diego, and has served on the boards of multiple private companies and nonprofit organizations. 

Jason is the proud father of five children and lives in Las Vegas with his wife, Amy.
